This is going to be really, really great considering how much time I spend at Calder without the conveniece of living a short walk away. I shall have to personalize my studio space, and give it a good name, and then use it. A lot. Because I know I'll have to...but yeah, I've really wanted a studio since my first semester freshman year and I knew they existed for upperclassmen. And being a junior, I'm really lucky to have it as they are technically there for seniors, but there aren't enough of them so the extra ones spill over to a few of us. And I don't work well at home, so yeah...I'm really pleased.
This afternoon marked my first viewing of the first two episodes from the first season of Project Runway (am borrowing the DVD tomorrow...must finish!) and all I can say is that when I used to say I only regretted non having cable TV becuase I wanted to see Project Runway, now I can say that it is truly heartbreaking I don't have cable to watch it. Thankfully, there are the first two seasons on DVD which I intend to have in my grubby little hands as soon as is humanly possible....but now it'll be even harder to studiously avoid reading about the current season.
