Dawdling...

Guess what I should be doing right now.

Yup.

Drawing.

But today feels like a fabric day, a sunny, breezy easy day. I did WANT to draw, but I couldn't focus and ended up writing for ages in my 'real' diary. The kind with pages and everything. Anyway, I got a picture of my skirt, and because I'm too lazy to put it on photobucket I'm just going to have a link to in on my website. http://www.freewebs.com/behindthetapestry/currentfutureprojects.htm
The problem is I really haven't gotten very far with this Very Final Drawing. I know it's the last one, and I know I should make it perfect, but this is a literature day! Not an art day! Goodness, I need to exersise more self control and make the day what I need it to be instead of how I 'feel' it is. *sigh* I was going to say something else but it's escaping me. Ta ta for now!

I have an excuse!

I now have a viable excuse to not draw. In a word. Cat.

He's sitting happily on my drawing feeling oh so pleased with himself and looking utterly adorable. I somehow don't have the heart to displace him.

The sad thing is, that is my first drawing. I have to have two of those half-size ones for Mon, and the second is barely started. And it's late. I forsee a long night ahead of me. Once Misty moves that is.
