Best moment of the year!

Oh, it's so cool!
You know how I'd emailed the costume professor asking about the costume construction and design classes which were closed. Well, I didn't get a reply back after two weeks, so I decided to hunt her down. I found her office, but her hours weren't posted on the door and she was never there, 'twas a bit discouraging. Anyway, I finally located her today (with the help of the lovely people at the PAC (performing arts center) and the result is that next year I will either work or volunteer (depending if I qualify for work-study) in the costume shop next year! She asked me if I sewed and what type of machine I use and have I made my own patterns before, and seemed rather excited with my answers. (yes every spare moment, a very old singer, and a couple but mostly altering existing patterns) So I wrote down all my info and she taped it on the fridge after writing "freshman, art, sews well" on it. So yeah, I'm walking around with a huge grin on my face. I mean, I can get PAID for sewing, have a job sewing costumes! I know some people on my friends list might not view this as such a big thing, but I've never had a opportunity like this before.
Oh yeah, and she said they are probably going to be adding another class for costume construction so I might be able to take it after all.
