I'm surprised at myself, even. I thought that since it had been so long since I worked on it that all the motivation would be gone, but the moment I pulled out the Violet B. skirt and pleats, I was filled with a fervor to finish the pleats and get a move on with the outfit. And you know what? I did!!!! I even brought the dress diary up to date with pictures and everything. o.0 Now I have to tackle the organza...I don't even know if my machine can applique decently, I guess I'll find out!

Looks great! I like the slope of your skirt better than mine! I tried to make it longer in the back, but it didn't come out as long (or maybe it's the front didn't come out as short) as I would have liked!

Thanks, I won't deny I am quite pleased with the slope of my skirt. I just laid it out on the floor and cut what I thought looked right...I'm lucky I didn't destroy it!
