I was tagged by enni~ I know this went round not that long ago, but it's out of my control...
***Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yours" and people who get tagged need to write an LJ entry about their 5 quirky habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.*** 

~I hate it when cups/glasses/mugs are put in the cupboard upside-down. I HAVE to turn them right side up even if they are more crowded that way. I even find myself doing this at friends houses and I get myself a glass...I turn the ones around it right side up. 
~When I'm walking around with my headphones on I have to step in time to the music...it's the long-term side effects of marching band I'm sure.
~I hate symmetry in art, but if a tablecloth's crooked at a restaurant I HAVE to straighten it. Things in life must be orderly. Chairs must be symmetrical. All objects ought to be symmetrical. If not, I will make them so.
~I often look in the mirror and don't recognize myself at all. I have to look twice to make sure it really is me.
~Many of the books I read when I was a kid still entertain me today: The Secret Garden, The House of Arden, The Railway Children, Alice in Wonderland, The Borrowers...I loved them when I was nine and I still love them at nineteen.

we had to do a mirror project for brian where we looked at ourselves in a mirror for half an hour or more. i was just thinking that he would have loved your answer, is all.

hee! Yes, marching band did that to me too. It's why I end up listening to podcasts or books on tape - err - iPod when I'm running because my mind tries to get me to run on beat. Which SO doesn't work. LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one...

I'll post here 'cause I already did it in my journal.
1). I stare back at people who stare at me.
2). I dress up. Sometimes, I dress like a skater, or a prep, or a geek, or a goth, or a stoner. It's fun!
3). I drink A LOT of tea. I could probably wake up, roll out of bed, go to the stove, and prepare tea with a blindfold on.
4). I don't like to step on cracks.
5). I usually carry EVERYTHING with me. Buck says I'd make a good Boy Scout.
