and so it is winter
Nov. 16th, 2005 11:02 amWeather bad. Icky. Strong wind. Wet snow and puddles.
Read Archer's Goon first time. Good book.
And life goes on. I made a hat the other day to go with my Elizabethan which I'm wearing for my final painting project for which I'm doing a self-portrait. 3 1/2' x 5'...full costume....I'm really scared I'll get paint on it, but I've managed to aviod mucking up my painting clothes in the past so I think I can do it. And I discovered how much fun it is to swish around Calder in long skirts with a hat perched jauntily upon my head. I'm skipping English and Art History today to finish Life Drawing homework that I was planning on doing early this morning but I slept instead. I decided that when fighting off a cold it would be the height of folly to cut too deeply into sleep...that, and it was POURING with rain when I first woke up at 6. At 8 it was definately time to get up though, and at 10 the rain turned to snow. Which is where this post started.
Now I must go draw.
