Apr. 18th, 2008 04:40 pmSo far today everything that could go right has gone right.
The very difficult Logic final that I had to take this morning was given to us as a surprise take-home, so I now CAN take 15 minutes per proof if I have to.
My junior review (where you present all your work since freshman year to a panel of faculty) was also today, and went really, really well. The professors all had really nice things to say, and I even got a hug from Ed! I now am under more pressure to have an amazing senior show next year... but at this time in my college career I want that challenge.
Then I had to talk to my independent study professor concerning grading. I won't be able to completely finish the Prince's costume by the end of next week, but she said that I had produced more than enough work for a 3 credit class and not to worry about a thing.
And now I'm in the metals shop working on my last project, and I just soldered two little spheres, and they went together without a hitch! Unprecendented!
Considering how entirely awful this semester has been in general, I'm sort of wondering if today is really just an elaborate dream... I'm kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
