There is something vague out there that everyone calls "real life," but I don't know if anyone really knows what exactly it IS. How is being in college not being in "real life" when you still have bills and leases and relationships on TOP of classes and homework. And why does cherishing dreams mean you aren't acknowledging "real life." Every aspect of life is very real to the person living it. Terrible and wonderful and just plain boring events and thoughts are as real and valid as any other. Yes, reality can be grim, and it very often is, but that doesn't negate the moments of joy and times of peace that intersperse the gloom.
