There really hasn't been much to update about that last week or so. Life has continued in a steady stream of homework, with the only main change being I have become re-enthused with the computer game Zeus, and have spent all my pretendedly-spare time building Athens. It's amazing how much fun that game can be even though half of one's time is spent waiting for people to move into the city, or for a certain amount of supplies to be produced so one can call a hero or get better housing for the warriors or to set aside for one's parent city, or for troops to reach a distant rival...yet it's quite enthralling. But what I can't understand is why if I'm building Athens, the only two sanctuaries I can make first are Hermes and Apollo...Athena's temple isn't available to build until the end. Odd, that.

And my parents and youngest brother are leaving today for Ireland for my aunt's wedding. They'll be gone a week. This is both sad and wonderful: sad in that I love traveling and really want to go to Ireland too, and great because I will have a car and house almost all to myself for a week!

And my room has again reached that point. The cleaning point. I really want to work on my sewing (I'm starting to want to get the Violet dress out again!) but I cannot and will not work in such a fearfully messy area as my room. I think I'll take care of it tonight. Clearly my life is dreadfully exciting.

On a bright side (though there is no dark side, just a plain side) I have worked out my schedual for next year. The fall should be brilliant, no gen-eds and I'll be taking metals and makeup! And I'm taking illustration, printmaking, and acting 1. The only bad thing is that both semesters I will be taking three studios, so it'll be a REALLY busy year, and in the winter I have all 8am classes. Boo. Hiss. But there's no way around it.
