Proof of Love

I cannot express thoroughly enough how wonderful figure painting is...and I'm sure you're all sick to death of me harping on it in every other post! Well, there's no escaping now, for I have pictures! Ha Ha! I snapped some pics today of my latest stuff...the hour long paintings, both in and out of class. And I do stress that these ARE only hour long paintings...we had to finish in an hour in pain of Ed pretending to whack us with his pointy stick, so in short, no masterpieces, just stuff that makes me happy inside.

And it turns out I can't go to the President's Ball after all. That's the only night I'll be able to go see The Secret Garden. It is all quite sad. But I did wear my new 1920 dress as part of my outfit yesterday as consolation...drapey skirts and shimmery fabric can do a lot to sooth the soul when combined with a certain Celtic Tiger T-shirt and sundrey other garments.
