contentment...

I just finished the Shoebox project. Not that anyone can technically finish it, seeing as how it's a WIP (and one that hopefully will never end in spite of the unavoidable inevitability of canon, alas)

It's mind-boggling how brilliant this year has been already...all two and a half weeks of it. Perhaps it has something to do with the sunshine we've been having after a record breaking streak of Days With No Sun. Perhaps it has something to do with my classes being too fun to seem like class. Perhaps I'm finally recovered from the Semester From Hell. I'm astonished to discover what a cheerful person I normally am...I think I'd forgotten entirely. And the air is full of Things About To Happen.

And how crazy is it that I want to work on my illustration project right now? I want homework over LJ! What is happening?!
