It's Done!!! I finished the rose dress tonight! It hardly took any time at all to hem it, even thought this time I was resolved to do it by hand (which I loathe). In fact, this is my first costume where not a bit of machine stiching is visible, it's 100% cotton (a light airy soft crinkle).......I truely think this is definately the most authentic costume I've done thus far! And I finally have proper foundatoin garments...that petticoat makes ALL the difference.
