That's funny - that's been happening to me alot lately for some reason - getting a snippet of words stuck in your head over and over. Eventually it goes away but I have noticed it happen at least twice over the last week or so. Not something I normally have a problem with unless I'm delirious with fever. When I had pneumonia in high school, I had a really high fever, and I had a part of the song "Imagine" going through my head over and over and over, and it drove me nuts. :-)
